Hiring Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Retail

Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and regular audits.
• Use ERP systems and Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for inventory and performance reporting.
• Lead and train warehouse staff while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics for timely transportation and delivery of goods.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of warehouse supervision experience (preferably in retail).
• Strong command of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and transport logistics.
