Timekeeper (ABU DHABI)
Over 3 years of proven experience as a Timekeeper, skilled in using Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP system. Demonstrated ability to manage and track employee time efficiently in a joinery environment. Proficient in English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, including clock-in and clock-out times, overtime hours, and absences.
- Process and track employee leave requests, including vacation time, sick leave, and other types of absences, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with Admin Department with regards to annual leaves and other needs of labor.
- Generate regular reports on employee time and attendance data.
- Provide accurate and timely attendance data to the payroll department for processing payroll, ensuring employees are compensated correctly for their work hours.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding timekeeping-related inquiries, addressing any concerns or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the Managers in the transfer of employees from one project site to another.
- Maintain safety measures within the camp and ensure that they are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure that order and discipline among workers are strictly enforced in the camps.
- To coordinate with the HSE team at site regarding the Health, Safety & Environmental issues and follow their instructions (if any) from time to time for the full implementation and safe work practices at site to avoid any kind of incidents.
