We’re Hiring: Time Keeper (Oil& Gas Construction Site Based Role) – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with 1 to 3 years of experience in the construction sector? We are looking for a Time Keeper to join our dynamic team in the UAE!
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and record daily attendance of site workers and staff
- Monitor and track working hours, overtime, and leaves
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports
- Coordinate with site supervisors and HR for payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Keep accurate records of manpower deployment and shifts
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Time Keeper in the construction sector (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of timekeeping procedures and attendance management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred)
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Western Region)
