As a TA you will:
- Handle all steps of recruitment, from sourcing to offer.
- Find and engage candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage visa processing.
You need:
- HR degree and 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Ready-mix/construction industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
