We are looking to hire a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing team in UAE.

Job Title: Social Media Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

Job Description:

The Social Media Specialist plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing the social media strategy for our e-commerce company. They are responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and fostering community engagement to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop creative and compelling content tailored to each social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) to resonate with our target audience and promote our products effectively.
  • Social Media Management: Manage all aspects of our social media channels, including but not limited to posting content, responding to comments and messages, monitoring trends, and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, including content calendars, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
  • Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience by actively engaging with followers, influencers, and relevant communities to build relationships and drive brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize content, improve engagement, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously innovate and adapt strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align social media efforts with broader business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • MUST be Bilingual (Arabic & English)
