Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in both English & Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, community engagement, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Basic knowledge of crisis management, brand reputation handling, and social listening tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle real-time brand interactions with professionalism and confidence.
- Previous experience in customer service, social media moderation, or brand engagement.
- A passion for social media trends, digital storytelling, and audience behavior.
- Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting.
