We’re Hiring | Service Desk Engineer

Experience: 2-6 Years
Priority: Candidates currently based in the UAE. Outside UAE? Immediate joiners with prior UAE experience only.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of hands-on experience in hashtag#ITSupport, ideally within a fast-paced 24×7 environment.
Solid understanding of:
- Remote support tools and ITSM ticketing platforms (like ServiceNow, Symphony)
- Basic networking, server monitoring, and incident escalation protocols
- Strong troubleshooting skills and logical thinking.
