Hiring Senior Procurement Engineer – Established MEP Trading Company (Al Barsha, Dubai)
Industry: MEP Trading (HVAC, Water Heating, Valves, Solar Systems)
Salary: AED 15,000/month + Benefits

Procurement Focus: 80% Global | 20% Local
Assessments: Aptitude Test + Technical Evaluation
My client is an established MEP trading company in Al Barsha, Dubai, looking to hire a Senior Procurement Engineer with strong technical understanding, a sharp commercial mindset, and the ability to roll up their sleeves and deliver results. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in an accountable, fast-moving environment, we’d like to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate and negotiate contract with the suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations with vendors
- Maintain supplier relationships and continuously explore new sourcing options
- Work closely with the project teams to resolve procurement-related challenges.
- Proactively manage multiple procurement tasks with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8–10 years of procurement experience in MEP or HVAC sectors
- Strong global sourcing experience (Europe, US, Asia)
- Based in UAE or willing to relocate
- Strong negotiation skills
- Open communicator with strong project task management skills
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset with attention to both technical and commercial detail
- Experience with SAP procurement modules is a strong advantage
Familiarity with procurement of:
- Hot Water Heat Pumps
- Boilers
- Calorifiers
- PRVs, PICVs, TMVs
- Digital Control Valves
- Swimming Pool & Solar Heating Systems
