Join our dynamic design team as a Senior Interior Designer, where creativity meets leadership. In this pivotal role, you will drive the creative vision from concept to completion, ensuring every space tells a compelling story and meets the highest standards of design excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design Leadership: Develops and communicates design concepts, space planning, material selection, and ensures design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Engagement: Serves as the primary design contact, managing client relationships, presenting concepts, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervises and mentors interior designers, allocating tasks and ensuring quality output and deadlines are met.
- Documentation & Coordination: Oversees design documentation, ensures proper file management, and coordinates with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Creative Development: Stays up-to-date with trends and technologies, integrating innovation like AI into the design process.
- Procurement (for Private Residential Projects): Assists in sourcing, procurement planning, vendor management, and maintaining alignment with budget and design.
- Quality Control: Reviews all design deliverables for accuracy and quality, conducting regular design reviews.
- Company Representation: Acts as a representative in meetings and events, maintaining relationships with industry professionals.
- Continuous Improvement: Promotes process improvements, knowledge sharing, and team development based on feedback and outcomes.
