About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a proven track record in business development, and deep knowledge of the Dubai/UAE logistics market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s client base in freight forwarding (air, sea, land).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, shipping lines, airlines, and logistics partners.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue growth while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and market penetration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics (Dubai/GCC market preferred).
• Strong network with shippers, importers/exporters, and logistics stakeholders.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
