Are you passionate about driving revenue performance, optimizing pricing strategies, and analysing market trends? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team and lead strategic revenue initiatives to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies across all distribution channels
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to make data-driven decisions
- Forecast revenue and prepare detailed reports for senior management
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies
- Optimize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR) performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar revenue or yield management role
- Proficiency in RMS (Revenue Management Systems) and Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Hospitality background is preferred
