Description:
We are looking for a Restaurant & Banqueting Supervisor who is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both the restaurant floor and banqueting functions.
Job Location: Dubai (UAE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant and banquet hall
- Coordinate with kitchen and event planning teams to ensure seamless service
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service
- Oversee setup and breakdown of events, including Meetings, Social Events, corporate functions, and private parties
- Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory of banquet and restaurant supplies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management
- Proven experience (2+ years) in restaurant and/or banquet supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and service standards
- Well Versed in English & Computer Skill
