Experience Required: UAE Main Contractor Experience (Post-Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Cost evaluation & budget management
- Subcontractor management
- Contract administration & reporting
- Handling variations, claims & payment applications
- Contract risk management
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in post-contract construction
- Previous experience with a main contractor in the UAE
- Strong analytical and communication skills
