Dar Al Omran is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Dubai office, supporting our Project Management Department across a variety of exciting ongoing and upcoming projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Engineering background (Architecture preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Proactive, with strong leadership abilities
• Flexible, collaborative, and fun to work with
• Great at chasing down team members to get things done and meet deadlines (yes, you’ll be everyone’s favorite reminder!)

Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Supporting the Project Manager in daily project activities
• Acting as the main point of contact with clients and sub-consultants
• Assisting in the preparation of technical and financial proposals and following up on new business opportunities
• Coordinating with sub-consultants: requesting quotations, negotiating terms, and managing their scope
• Organizing and scheduling meetings with clients and internal teams
• Preparing meeting minutes and progress reports
• Managing project timelines and tracking deliverables
• Handling client requirements and keeping stakeholders informed on progress and challenges
• Collaborating with the technical team to ensure alignment with project goals and values
• Overseeing invoicing, procurement, and project cost management
