About the Role:

This is an onsite position, and relocation to Dubai is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a high-performing operations team
- Prepare and analyze detailed Excel-based performance and sales reports
- Coordinate with teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Ensure targets and KPIs are met
- Problem-solve and proactively improve workflows
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken & written)
- Excellent Excel skills (reporting & analysis)
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership
