We are currently seeking a Material Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing material flow, inventory control, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials to support operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of materials between departments and sites.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, receiving, and dispatch.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, usage, and shortages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in material coordination or logistics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain procedures and best practices.
