Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Kitchen Supervisor to join our team in Dubai Media City. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of kitchen operations, and a passion for maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to improve efficiency and teamwork.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize waste.
- Assist in menu planning, cost control, and quality enhancement.
- Handle kitchen-related issues, including staffing, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen management in Dubai.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle kitchen operations effectively.
- Candidates must be based in Dubai (applications from outside UAE will not be considered).
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.
