Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? Join our growing team as a Junior Marketing Officer, where your role focuses on turning inquiries into bookings and delivering exceptional service from the first message to a confirmed reservation.
Location: Sansation Group – Motor City
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries about Kids Club birthday parties, restaurant reservations, and other guest-related events
- Guide potential clients through our offerings and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with internal teams (events, F&B, operations) to ensure smooth event planning and guest satisfaction
- Follow up with guests to ensure exceptional service and repeat business
- Support marketing efforts through basic promotional materials, customer engagement, and guest feedback
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a knack for closing deals
- Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service (preferred)
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple inquiries at once
- Social media or marketing knowledge is a plus!
