Job Opportunity: Junior Estimator & Quantity Surveyor (Joinery) – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for a Junior Estimator & Quantity Surveyor with a joinery background to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and BOQs for joinery projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost reports.
- Support the procurement and tendering process.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in estimation and quantity surveying, specifically in joinery.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
- Location: Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
