Job Role:
- Perform the installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, workstations and other related equipment and devices Support users in their daily activities and ticket management.
- Ensure the office IT infrastructure is always available Demonstrated technical proficiency in LAN, WAN, Network Management and security.
- Knowledge of Office 365 Administration
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software
