Hiring HR Supervisor – Abu Dhabi, UAE
Looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi!
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-Time
Industry: OCGT Project
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with PROs on visa and government-related documentation.
Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience.
- Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Chinese language is a plus.
