A leading Facility Management Company in Dubai is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment & onboarding
- Handle employee relations & performance management
- Develop & implement HR policies (UAE labor law compliance)
- Support payroll, leave management & HR reporting
- Lead employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3-5 years HR experience (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month
