 Urgent Hiring: HR Recruiter – Native Chinese Speaker
Location: Dubai, UAE
Position: HR Recruiter (Full-Time)
Language Requirement: Native Chinese Speaker (Mandarin) with good English communication skills
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews in Chinese and English and manage candidate communication.
- Maintain talent pipelines and manage recruitment databases.
- Provide regular hiring reports and analytics to HR leadership.
Requirements:
- Native Chinese speaker with fluency in English.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
