HR Operations Executive required
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Operations Executive with a strong background in the Facilities Management industry .The role involves managing HR operations and workforce coordination across multiple FM service sites.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of HR experience in the Facilities Management industry
- Attendance, leave & disciplinary tracking
- Support training, HSE, and staff development
- Coordination of staff logistics (accommodation, transport, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law & FM operations
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Proficient in HRMS & Microsoft Office
- Languages: English (Hindi/Arabic is desirable)
- Manage company SOPs and contribute to process improvements
- Support in recruitment and onboarding for all FM roles
