Seeking a highly experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in the construction industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing HR functions (including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations).
Desired Qualification:
- Master’s degree required
- HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred
- 15+ years of HR management experience in the construction sector
- Strong expertise in organizational development, budgeting, forecasting, recruitment, and HR operations
