Hiring! Join Our Team as an HR Generalist

Eco Drive Driving Institute is looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in DIC, UAE. If you have 4+ years of HR experience in the UAE and are passionate about managing HR operations for a large workforce, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Location: Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE
• Languages Preferred: English & Hindi speakers

 Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment & onboarding for new employees
• Handle employee relations & grievance resolution
• Oversee payroll, benefits, & HR administration for 700+ employees
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws & company policies
• Support performance management & training programs
• Manage RTA permits & licensing for staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of UAE experience in an HR role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws & HR best practices
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
