Job Summary:
The HR Executive will support the HR department in managing day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Handle HR inquiries and resolve employee concerns.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administration is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and MS Office.
