Aston Pharmacy LLC is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Purchase to lead our procurement team and ensure seamless operations across our fast-growing healthcare business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate competitive pricing.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely supply of products.
- Analyze market trends and forecast future needs.
Requirements:
- Proven 5 + years of experience in a senior purchasing or procurement role (preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, planning, and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in pharma purchasing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (M Pharma)
