Job Summary:

We are seeking a personable and dedicated Guest Service Agent (Russian Speaker) to join our team at Wyndham Garden Ajman Corniche. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, providing assistance and information, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Fluency in Russian and English is essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Communication: Assist Russian-speaking guests by providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions in their native language.
  • Reservations: Manage and process guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  • Billing and Payments: Handle billing processes, process payments, and ensure accurate charges and credits to guest accounts.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to the Front Office Manager when necessary.
  • Information Sharing: Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions. Offer concierge services such as arranging transportation and booking tours.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage teams.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.



  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or diploma in hospitality management is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
