Position: General Accountant – preferably Tagalog Speaker
Location: Fujairah, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and approve purchase invoices with supporting documents.
- Record invoices for timely payments and follow up on receivables.
- Post journal entries and reconcile transactions in accounting software.
- Manage cash disbursements and reconcile daily transactions.
- Prepare VAT reports and reconcile stock reports with operations.
- Process staff payroll, leave salary calculations, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records, including profit & loss and balance sheet reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience: 2-3 years of UAE experience in accounting software like Tally & MS Excel.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Communication: Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
