- Are you an experienced End-User / Desktop Support Engineer looking for a new opportunity in Dubai, UAE? We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our client on a permanent basis.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware-related issues.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, HPSM, Manage Engine, Ivanti.
- Skilled in utilizing remote support tools like TeamViewer and Remote Desktop.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
- ITIL certification (Foundation level or higher) is a plus.
