Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and have a flair for visual presentation? We’re looking for a Document Controller / Admin Support to join our dynamic team!
Tasks & Responsibility:
- Manage and organize all project and business documents with precision and clarity
- Ensure document accuracy, version control, and proper filing systems
- Design and format professional documents, presentations, and templates
- Collaborate with multiple departments to create visually appealing reports and proposals
- Maintain consistency and brand alignment across all documentation
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and Canva for document design and visualization
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced professionals or Fresh graduates
