We are looking for a passionate Customer Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai and help us maintain strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth post-sale experience.
- Regularly follow up with clients to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, turning challenges into opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Sales, and PRO teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collect client feedback and propose ideas to enhance the overall experience.
 Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, client success, or account management.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English (this is a must).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and follow up efficiently.
- Proactive, friendly attitude with solid problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with UAE business setup processes or corporate services is a strong advantage.
