We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the position of:
Cost Controller
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a cost controller or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, inventory control, and cost management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Must currently reside in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and other operational costs.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and audits.
- Prepare cost reports and ensure compliance with budgets.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities.
