A H Q Building Contracting Co LLC is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai! If you have a strong network in the construction and real estate sector and a passion for bringing in new villa projects, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new villa construction projects from clients and engineering consultancy firms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to maximize business opportunities.
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong connections with engineering consultants and property developers in Dubai.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- UAE Driving License is a MUST.
