Hiring Architectural Design (3D Modeler Draftsman) – Leading Real-estate Developer in Dubai

About the Company:

A distinguished portfolio of one-of-a-kind residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial real estate developments is seeking a skilled 3D Modeler/Draftsman to join their design team. Projects include iconic mixed-use destinations featuring ultra-luxury residences, 5-star hotels, premium office spaces, high-end retail, and two Michelin-starred restaurants. We are proud to offer the largest public realm ever integrated into a residential building—an expansive, thoughtfully designed space that redefines urban living by blending community, culture, and exclusivity at the highest level.

What You’ll Do:

• Translate sketches and concepts into detailed 2D drawings and photorealistic 3D models.
• Use tools like AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Rhino, Blender, and more.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to refine and optimize models.
• Maintain drawing standards, ensure accuracy, and manage file organization.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to innovation in visualization workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, software, and visualization technologies.
• Optimize 3D models for both visual presentations and 3D printing.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and effective delivery of milestones.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Architecture, Urban Design, or related fields.
• Advanced certification or training in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Blender or
• other related design and modeling software
• Minimum 8 years’ experience (GCC/UAE required)
• Strong portfolio of real estate projects
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
