Urgently Hiring for Accounts Payable Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and record incoming payments and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner and reconcile accounts.
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports and timely payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all account’s payable transactions.
• .Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare financial reports related to payables.
• .Petty Cash Handling
• .Negotiation and pending payment collection from existing customer.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field attested with MOFA (preferred).
• 3-5 years’ experience in accounts payable roles.
• Experience in payment collection from customer.

Negotiation skills

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Language: Urdu (written) and English preferred.
• Immediate Joiner preferred
