Hiring – Accountant (F&B Industry)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry to manage our financial operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounting tasks, financial reporting, cost control, and VAT compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
• Monitor F&B cost control, inventory reconciliation, and cost variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, tax filings, and financial laws.
• Handle supplier payments, invoicing, and petty cash management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Reconcile daily sales reports from POS with bank transactions.
• Work closely with procurement and operations teams to optimize cost control.
• Assist in audits, financial analysis, and MIS reporting.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in accounting, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in inventory and cost control management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling accounts for multiple restaurant branches or central kitchens.
• Knowledge of POS system integration with accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
