Key Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Manage daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare insightful reports to provide management with up-to-date financial performance metrics.
• VAT Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate UAE VAT filings with in-depth knowledge of VAT regulations.
• Accounting Software: Skilled in QuickBooks and Tally for efficient financial management and reporting.
• Excel Expertise: Develop advanced Excel reports for budgeting, analysis, and tracking financial data.
• Communication: Effectively collaborate and communicate financial updates with stakeholders in clear English.
• General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile accounts for accurate financial records.
• Audit Preparation: Support audits with precise documentation and reports.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in bookkeeping and accounting, ideally in a family office or similar setting.

Skills:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
• Expertise in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws and filing processes.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
