• Proven work experience as an HR Manager, HR Executive, or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and ability to interpret data.
• Knowledge of UAE labor legislation and procedures.
• Experience in implementing HR programs and policies.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Must be currently based in the UAE
